Arctic Circle

Just a quick update cause we're losing our internet.

Today we were on the road for twelve hours with the Tracker to get to and back from the ARCTIC CIRCLE. What a drive up the 'Haul Road', properly called the Dalton Highway. Most of the road is dirt/gravel, but some sections are paved quite well. However, because of the frost heaves, the dirt sections are smoother and we had no problem doing 55 mph on them. That road was built to get equipment and supplies up to the oil fields at Prudhoe Bay. It also kind of parallels the pipeline, which is almost always in sight. Anyway, it was quite the experience and pictures will follow as soon as we get to our next wifi campground.

Till then, take care, have fun and be safe.
